They explain our relationship with you as a customer, how we expect accounts to be used and the practical steps we may take to verify identity, pause or close accounts, and handle disputes. By registering and using our services you agree to comply with these terms and any other policies published on the site.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens using your login. Only one account is permitted per person, household or immediate family. If we suspect duplicate accounts, fraud or attempts to abuse promotions we may suspend the account, void bonuses and return any unstaked real-money balance. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or an error on your account.
